To refer a case
We understand how busy veterinary surgeries are and in order to make it as easy as possible for you to refer to me, we have two ways:
In order to refer a client, I need to have some direct contact from the Veterinary Surgeon.
If it is appropriate to have the medical history too, I would appreciate this please.

Client Feedback
We were put in touch with Erica by our vet as our 2 year old Cavapoochon Ted, was suffering with severe separation anxiety. Also due to the nervousness would bark at most sudden movements , doorbell, people passing by. Car journeys were also awful with Ted shaking the entire time.
We opted for the 2 hour consultation with the follow up Zoom sessions. These fitted in with our work commitments and were great.
Erica was fantastic. She put us at our ease immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable.
We explained all about Ted, his issues and immediately we knew she could help. She listened to the problems and made us realise that she could help Ted with many of the issues that we thought we couldn’t change. The long session included hints and tips and also a plan of what we were to do to overcome some of the issues. This was a lot of practical, repetitive things that would get him used to some of the reasons why he was so anxious. Erica sent us detailed follow up handouts and we sent her videos of Ted doing some of the things she suggested or behaviour that demonstrated his issues.
We knew we could also contact her anytime with issues if they arose. She was very patient, reassuring and knowledgeable about all the problems we had with Ted and her advice was practical and tailored to our individual needs.
We started to see improvements week by week with his barking and he was prescribed medication for his anxiety by our vet. Erica discussed this with our Vet and we were dealt with really quickly. This has improved a lot of things for Ted and we can now leave him with a dog daycare for a few hours a week. He is well on the way to becoming a less reactive dog and enjoying things rather than enduring them. We are continuing with the lessons we learned from Erica and continue to put them into practice.
We couldn’t have done any of this without Erica and her support, guidance and understanding of our individual situation and her love of dogs. I would recommend Erica to anyone who is having issues with their dog as she will be able to help.
Thankyou Erica.
